Job responsibilities:

1. Responsible for contract audit, contract account management, legal consultation and participation in major contract negotiations;

2. Assist in organizing legal knowledge popularization and training within the company, and be responsible for drafting "Legal Tips";

3. To be responsible for the collection, classification, archiving and management of departmental archives in accordance with the provisions of the company's archives management measures;

4. Be responsible for the establishment, alteration and cancellation of molecular companies.

Qualifications:
