Job responsibilities:

1. Familiar with reception and cash collection at the front desk of the hotel;

2. Do a good job of financial audit to ensure that the accounts are correct;

3. Grasp the hotel room types of the company and make timely recommendations for tourists.

4. Complete the check-in and check-out procedures to ensure efficient reception.

5. It is better to provide various kinds of consultation and answer services for tourists to improve customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

1. College or above, boys over 170cm and women over 160cm

2. Steady, careful, insightful, mild personality, good sense of teamwork;

3. Proficient in office software and automation equipment, with basic network knowledge;

4. Have service consciousness and certain service industry experience;

5. New students who love hotel service industry can do the same.
