Job responsibilities:
1. Be responsible for the formulation and implementation of sales plan for exhibition projects; excavate potential customers by telephone, email and face-to-face contact, and achieve project sales objectives;
2. To be responsible for the promotion, implementation and supervision of exhibition services; to provide coordination and services for exhibitors in the early, middle and late stages of the exhibition;
3. Be able to independently complete the whole process of the project and assist the superior leaders to complete the cooperation with the sponsors, outsourcing units, etc.
4. Responsible for on-site coordination and project management of the exhibition;
5. Ability to plan exhibition activities, organize exhibition activities and tap sales for customers;
6. Be responsible for the management and training of sales personnel, and establish an efficient sales management team.
7. Responsible for training and guidance of project team members and performance evaluation of project team members;
8. Lead and supervise the project team members, according to the company's prescribed workflow, cooperate with customers to complete the specific work of budget and cost control, quotation, follow-up implementation, feedback and summary of exhibition projects, and actively cooperate with the work of other departments;
9. Guarantee customer satisfaction, do a good job of customer maintenance, and feedback customer opinions.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, CET-4 or above (English can be used as working language), with proficiency or proficiency in English communication and negotiation;
2. Have more than three years experience in sales and team management in exhibition industry. Successful cases are preferred.
3. Have the ability of customer development and maintenance, familiar with the operation procedures and working procedures of exhibition projects;
4. Has good organizational coordination management ability, interpersonal communication ability and judgment ability, with a high degree of dedication and work responsibility;
5. Ability to respond to crises and resolve conflicts;
6. Have good professional accomplishment, good faith and law-abiding, conscientious and responsible work, can withstand pressure, and have strong business development ability.
