Job responsibilities:

1. Complete the annual sales target;

2. Weekly and monthly data monitoring and analysis; Detecting the latest market trends and operating conditions in the same industry, and exploring new business opportunities or products;

3. To formulate and implement the daily operation and management plan of the website, and to formulate the product and activity plan according to the channel characteristics;

4. Responsible for the daily maintenance of its own website, improve traffic and product sales;

5. Be responsible for website operation planning, optimize and adjust from function, booking experience, product and promotion, etc.

6. Be responsible for supervising the progress of the implementation of activities, solving problems and hidden dangers;

7. Be responsible for formulating membership plans, maintaining and managing membership systems, keeping good records of customer files, and improving the number and loyalty of members of their own websites.

Requirements:

1. Knowledge Requirements

1) Education background: Bachelor degree or above;

2) Professional knowledge: e-commerce, network marketing and other related majors, with a certain pioneering spirit and management experience;

2. Work experience

3 years or above related working experience;

3. Competence Requirements

Good communication, organizational, analytical and coordination skills, good writing skills, proficient use of computers;

A good command of foreign languages is preferred.
