Job responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the overall operation, monitoring and other systematic work of the self-Media community platform;

2. Planning a community interaction program for self-Media fans in the scenic spots, and planning specific interaction schedules, etc.

3. Plan topics and activities that users are interested in, enhance users'stickiness and activity, and implement, track and analyze them.

4. Responsible for the collation, processing and simple analysis of user interaction data to help enterprises form corresponding product decisions;

5. Be responsible for continuous operation optimization and improvement, and promote the achievement of the goal of continuous improvement of community viscidity.

Requirements:

1. No limitation of academic qualifications and majors;

2. Humorous, lively, with affinity, like and good at social interaction, have great interest in the community;

3. Severe patients with social media can play Weixin, Weibo, Zhizhi, Douban, Tieba, strangers, etc.

4. Strong writing style, with certain aesthetic and taste;

5. Willing to innovate and change, quick thinking, willing to try various new methods to promote community activity, good at planning and organizing online and offline community activities;

6. Strong ability of self-management and execution;

7. Energetic and able to work under certain pressure;

8. Those who are interested in the operation of tourist groups and cultural life groups are preferred.

9. Familiar with community operation and product community interaction;

About 10 or 1 year operation experience.
